Individualized Workout Plans for Literacy

Workout plan for each student:
 Note: Variables on workouts plans include CCSS, frontloading activities, comprehension activities, and assessment tasks. The "weight" and "reps" ranges for each task and standard differs depending on the student. I varied the weights and reps based on their abilities and interests. If a student needed more scaffolding, I denoted a lower weight in their plan. If they needed extra practice OR the activity was something they would enjoy based on their multiple intelligences and passions they got extra reps.
